Episode 53: Yoga for First Responders

Back after a long break with Episode 53 featuring Eric Brenneman from the amazing group Yoga For First Responders on prehab, resilience, autonomic fitness, and more. Brenneman is a retired 13 year veteran of the fire service and is now an Executive Member of the 501(c)3 Non-Profit YogaShield Yoga For First Responders and the co-founder of Breathe Tactically. Yoga For First Responders’ mission is to provide yoga training that is job specific and culturally informed. The protocol trains in a skill set for processing the inevitable stress of a career in emergency services, building mental, physical, and emotional resilience and enhancing optimal levels of job performance from decision making to tactical skills.
