Harvard Business Review article looking at both the role of psychological safety in teams and several actionable ideas on how to improve it for a given team. I particularly enjoyed the ideas around designing open/joint exploration of problems as a default position — to me this is a great place to start talking with teams about what makes us feel psychologically safe.
