Sources of Power: How People Make Decisions
Absolutely amazing book by psychologist Gary Klein about how experts make decisions in areas where they have expertise. This should be required reading in late medical school or residency training — or really anywhere you are actively trying to make the transition from novice to expert. There is an enormous depth of knowledge and resources yet Klein makes it really easy to break into.
